Wall / Curb Flashings - Galvalume® Steel free-floating base flashing with a unique interlocking counter-flashing weather resistant connection.

Seam Fasteners - Stainless steel anti-back out fasteners are installed at 2” o.c. increments at all steel junctures attaching the GalvaFlex panels to the high performance framing system.

Field Seams - 2” Polyisobutylene seam gasket between panels and flashing accessories using our proprietary anti-backout stainless steel fasteners, maintaining a complete waterproof seal at all steel junctures.

Framing - 22-gauge Galvalume® steel “Z” & "J" channels fastened to the deck provides a secure, energy-absorbing structure for the attachment of the GalvaFlex flat seam panels.

Roof Panels - Large, 10 feet by 50 feet, 26-gauge Galvalume® steel panels. GalvaFlex™panels absorb thermal expansion and contraction and are puncture-resistant. White, reflective high performance paint finish.

Factory Seams - Metal panels are mechanically fused together using heavy gauge batten covers filled with hot melt sealant that are compressed in the factory creating a water-resistant / weather-tight seal

Insulation - One-inch expanded polystyrene tongue-and-groove insulation boards between the “Z” & "J" channels forms a solid base for the GalvaFlex panels, while providing increased R-value. Tapered insulation could be used beneath the framing system for additional slope.

Installation Options - The GalvaFlex System can be installed on new construction, used as a re-roofing system or retrofitted over an existing roof system
