GalvaSnap is a one-piece snap-together architectural standing seam metal roof panel with structural capabilities. It features a very rigid, 1.75" tall seam and a 16 gauge hold down clip that allows for unlimited thermal movement. This standing seam metal roof panel is ideal for solid deck applications on slopes 2/12 and higher. This is our most popular snap together standing seam roof panel. It is easy to install and provides a worry free roof.
GalvaSeam is the most widely used standing seam metal roof system that we offer. This structural metal roof panel features a 2" tall vertical rib that is mechanically seamed after the roof is installed. The standing seam panel is held to the underlying structure with a 20 gauge sliding clip that allows for up to 2" of thermal expansion.
The PBR panel is probably the most common panel in use today for exposed fastener roof and wall applicatons. This 36" coverage metal roof and wall panel features 11/4" tall ribs at 12" o.c. with 2 minor ribs between. The PBR panel has an extra purlin bearing leg feature that makes is easier to install the lap fasteners. The Flush Panel system is a 1" or 1.5" deep soffit, fascia and wall panel that relies on a simple tongue-and-groove interlock with concealed fasteners. The flush panel can be smooth, have 2 Vee Grooves @ 4" o.c. or 6 Vee Groove @ 6" o.c. When used as a fascia or wall panel, the preferred installation method is vertical.
The Wave is a 16" wide concealed fastener metal wall panel. These metal panels are designed for solid deck wall application and provide clean horizontal lines on new construction or retrofit.The wave has asymmetrical ribs and is installed with a separate attachment cleat. The Wave is 1"deep with ribs 4" o.c..
The"S" Wave is a 7/8" X 2.67" classic corrugated panel. This panel can be used on roofs as well as vertical or hoizontal applications on walls.
The Box Rib is an industrial rib panel with 1" tall ribs at 4" or 7.2" spacing. The versatility of this metal panel makes it useful on both interior and exterior wall applications. It can be installed in both vertical and horizontal applications. As a metal roof (installed vertically only), it performs well in structural and architectural requirements. The Box Rib is available in our 24 standard Kynar colors, custom colors, Galvalume Plus, galvanized, or stainless steel. Maximum metal panel length for the Box Rib is 40'.
Insulated substrate panel consisting of galvanized steel facings chemically bonded to a continuous foam core. The core provides thermal insulation, while the durable 22 ga. steel skins supply impact resistance, a fastenable substrate, strength for increased span capacity, a built-in vapor barrier while eliminating thermal bridging. The panels have a tongue-in-groove joint to maintain a seal between adjoining panels. This unique roof substrate construction reduces the time and cost associated with installation, as well as providing the required insulation values of the project and a lifetime guaranteed underlayment assembly. It can be used with a variety of EnviroMetal's high performance roofing systems;
